Job Description
Aon Business Services (ABS) Chief of Staff and Risk Officer is recruiting a Business Support Manager to support the team’s broad scope of responsibilities, including ABS governance, meeting coordination and communications.
This is a hybrid position, and we are willing to consider part time applicants. The role will be based out of our London office
What the day will look like
- Support the Chief of Staff in all aspects of coordination and governance within ABS
- Lead the process for looking ahead to key ABS Executive meetings and ensure the team plans accordingly
- Contribute to the scheduling, agenda development and meeting content of these meetings
- Attend meetings on behalf of the Chief of Staff and accurately summarise the main talking points and actions
- Develop strong working relationships with critical stakeholders to help achieve team goals efficiently
- Accelerate the ABS communication plan, including coordination of town halls
- Support communication activities within projects and programmes of work
- Design solutions to resolve issues and react to new initiatives
- Gather information from multiple sources and present key findings in a clear and logical way.

- Insurance industry experience is not essential
