Forseven, a revolutionary company is looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, are seeking a Finance Analyst to join our highly skilled and dynamic Commercial Finance team .
Reporting into the Senior Commercial Finance Manager you will be responsible for the diligent financial operation of the commercial area. As a part qualified accountant, within this newly created position, you will work closely with your finance colleagues and business stakeholders alike to ensure accurate, timely and insightful financial reporting. You will benefit from experiencing a business in a pre-revenue scale up phase and will have the opportunity to develop professionally as the company grows.
The role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of our office in Leamington Spa. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

Requirements
- Support the Senior Finance Manager in financial oversight of the Sales, Aftersales, Marketing and Product Functions.
- Run the financial operations of the area ensuring strong governance and control on departmental spending
- Deliver the management accounts each month, along with reporting packs and meaningful variance analysis on the figures produced.
- Contribute to the set up and production of performance management reporting as it becomes relevant for the functions
- Provide financial analysis for key stakeholders as well as business cases that support key spending decisions.
- Business partner with key stakeholders in the business providing clear financials, and value adding analysis
- Support the creation of Budgets, forecasts and long-range plans working closely with our FP&A colleagues.
- Support the senior finance manager in ad hoc analysis and deliverables as they arise
Who you are:
- A part qualified accountant (finalist) (ACA/ACCA/Cima)
- Experience of working in Management Accounts, Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partnering or FP&A.
- Experienced of working with business stakeholders.
- Personable, approachable and empathetic individual with clear communication skills and an ability to build effective working relationships.
- Analytical and system-thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Advanced capability in excel, experience with Power BI & Power query beneficial
