- Analyze Business Requirements: Work with product and development teams to gather and analyze requirements for our platform.
- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize system performance.
- Technical Task Management: Create technical tasks for developers and ensure they are clearly defined and understood.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA engineers to develop and execute test plans, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for system-related issues.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including system designers, to ensure smooth system integration.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor system performance and generate reports to track efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Technical Documentation: Write and maintain documentation for systems and processes to ensure clarity and continuity.
Requirements
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and database schema design.
- Experience with system modeling and design tools.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Familiarity with financial services or lending platforms.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
