Job Description
We have partnered with an organisation that are prominent in the sporting industry who are seeking a Business Analyst to work with the business and IT teams. The Business Analyst will focus on the requirement gathering, create workflows and documentation for the organisation’s projects.
The Business Analyst will have 3 workflows to focus on: CRM implementation, Inventory management and Data insights.
The role will benefit of hybrid working of 3 days onsite and 2 days from home.
Requirements of the Business Analyst:
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst position.
- Must have at least one of the following: BA or MA in Business Administration or Computer Science or Information Technology or BCS or Business Analysis certification or something similar.
- Proven experience creating business requirements documentation (BRD), creating workflows, story boards and analysis.
- Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at one given time
- Attention to detail, strong communication and confident working with a variety to cross functional teams.
Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:
- Work with a range of business stakeholders to gather technical, functional and data requirements
- Develop and analyse detailed documents of requirements, processes and solutions
- Make sure the solution aligns with the company technology and business requirements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, update on findings and recommend solutions.
