Hello, my name is Fred Kressaty, and I am an experienced Coaching Professional who specializes in working with people, couples, families, and professionals who want to feel empowered and make great changes in their lives. Helping people learn how to efficiently adjust to life’s obstacles while remaining loyal to their principles is my mission in order to assist them get “unstuck” from overpowering negative thoughts. I think we all deserve to live more awake, productive, happy, and fulfilled lives. I have an MBA from Pepperdine University, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from St. Francis College, and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Liberty University.
