Job Description
Role:
Our client are looking for a keen Senior Business Analyst with experience working in Fraud or Financial Crime transformations.
- You will be an integral part of a fast-paced environment and will need to be agile and able to adapt to an ever-changing project space.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and build strong working relationships
- Plan and manage the business analysis approach on a project utilising all the tools available to deliver business requirements
- Apply analytical techniques in order to define and communicate business requirements
- Gather detailed requirements and designs from high level features
- Analyse the business impact of these requirements and ensure that the business is ready and prepared for the change
- Lead or participate in improvement initiatives that contribute to the on-going development of the business analysis competency
Skills:
- Experience of working with Fraud and Financial Crime
- Strong Business Analysis/Business Readiness experience
- Project change agile and waterfall methodologies
- First class inter-personal skills, coupled with strong influencing abilities
- You must have previous experience working as a Business Analyst within an IT or Business Change programme
- Be a self-starter, well organised and able to work independently on complex tasks and deliver high quality results
- Ability to act as a champion for change
- Ability to work in a fast paced change environment
