JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing efforts for our diverse range of financial products and solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that promote our products, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement via digital channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Social Media – Plan, execute, manage and monitor our social media channels.
- Content Marketing – Drive brand awareness and generate leads using content marketing strategies.
- Online Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote Zedvance products, utilizing digital, traditional, and innovative marketing channels.
- Product Positioning and Messaging: Support in crafting a clear and consistent brand message emphasizing the product’s value proposition.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in product marketing strategies.
- Customer Experience Enhancement – Collaborate with other teams and branch managers to monitor all touch points and resolve any issue as it may arise.
- Collaboration and marketing Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, English, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years experience as a digital marketing specialist or similar role.
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements in digital marketing such as SEO/Social Media/ Email etc.) and market research methods.
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Zoho CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.)
- Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills.
