In my current role as Manager, Data Integrity and my previous experience as Lead, Sales Administration at Hygeia HMO Limited, a leading health insurance organization in Nigeria, I have successfully designed and implemented scalable operational processes for seamless customer onboarding, business support, data management and integrity.
My experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams in ensuring workflows coordination has resulted in improved operational efficiency, sales data management and reporting. Furthermore, in this role, I have honed my skills in developing sales performance dashboard and metrics that provide data insights instrumental in strategic decision making.
