What You’ll Do:

  • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
  • Partner with teams to understand data needs and deliver BI solutions
  •  Ensure data integrity, validation, and accuracy in reporting
  •  Uncover insights that enhance product performance and partner success
  •  Champion a data-driven culture across the organization

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years’ experience in BI, Data Engineering, or Financial Analysis
  •  Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and data modeling
  •  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills
  •  A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for impact

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in startups or fast-paced tech environments
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and statistical modeling
