About You
- You have 2–5+ years of experience in SEO, ideally within B2B SaaS.
- You’ve led SEO strategy for clients or brands, managing projects end to end.
- You understand SEO, keyword research, internal linking, and technical optimization.
- You can confidently guide and mentor junior SEOs and content teams.
- You’re skilled at turning data into actionable strategy and spotting growth opportunities.
- You’re comfortable working directly with clients, explaining SEO strategies clearly.
- You speak English fluently and can communicate ideas effectively in a remote setup.
- You’re proactive, organized, and can balance multiple campaigns with precision.
- You have experience using tools like Semrush/Ahrefs, Google Search Console, (Ideally also Airtable, and Notion.)
Responsibilities
- Lead full SEO strategy across multiple B2B SaaS clients, from planning to execution.
- Conduct keyword research, clustering, and opportunity mapping.
- Build and optimize internal linking structures between clusters.
- Oversee content briefs, on-page SEO, and final optimizations.
- Audit and improve technical SEO performance and site health.
- Collaborate closely with writers, editors, Reddit strategists and designers to ensure SEO alignment.
- Manage and mentor Junior SEOs, guiding daily execution and reviewing deliverables.
- Build and maintain Airtable systems and tracking dashboards for campaigns.
- Communicate directly with clients, providing insights and clear next steps.
- Stay up to date with LLM search trends, AI-driven SEO changes, and SaaS marketing best practices.
