This role
At Employment Hero, we’re on a mission to become the world’s largest employment platform. Our Revenue Operations team sits at the centre of that growth.
We’re looking for a commercially sharp, analytically driven problem solver to join us as a Senior GTM Operations Analyst. This is a role for someone who wants to take their background in operations, consulting, finance, strategy, or commercial analytics and apply it directly to scaling a global SaaS business.
This isn’t back-office reporting. This is about shaping how we go to market, driving revenue impact, and building scalable processes in one of Australia’s fastest-growing tech companies.
What you’ll do
- Design smarter processes: Refine and optimise how our global sales teams work; improving scalability, efficiency, and impact.
- Unlock insights: Build dashboards and deliver analysis that uncovers opportunities in pipeline health, conversion rates, win/loss trends, and sales velocity.
- Partner with the business: Work directly with sales and commercial leaders to turn data into strategy and action.
- Own the sales tech stack: Support the optimisation of Salesforce and other SaaS sales tools, ensuring they drive productivity and insights.
- Accelerate growth: Identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and help shape strategies that directly improve revenue performance.
Who you are

- Analytical and commercial: You’ve got 3–5 years’ experience in revenue operations, consulting, finance, strategy, or commercial analytics – and you’re ready to step into a role where your work directly drives revenue outcomes.
- Tech-curious: You may not be a Salesforce expert yet, but you’re confident with data, systems, and tools and eager to get hands-on with the SaaS sales tech stack.

- Influential communicator: You know how to distil analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
