The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Digital Experience Manager to own, optimize, and elevate our website and marketing landing pages.
You’ll own our marketing website and all landing pages end to end — from concept to conversion. You’ll design, build, test, and optimize pages yourself, ensuring they’re fast, accessible, and on-brand.
Your goal: measurable lift in qualified pipeline and conversion rates for a global B2B SaaS motion. You’ll combine design instincts, technical execution, and experimentation rigor to turn insights into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Website & CRO Ownership
🎯 Own the marketing site and all campaign landing pages — from brief to build to results
💡 Define hypotheses, design tests, and deploy A/B or multivariate experiments (GrowthBook or Optimizely)
📈 Tie experiments to funnel and revenue metrics — not just UX signals
CMS & Web Operations
🧩 Manage and build in CMS tools (Storyblok, HubSpot, or WordPress) — no separate web-dev team
⚡ Maintain site performance, accessibility, structured data, and brand consistency
🧠 Manage releases for templates, components, and campaign launches
Analytics & Reporting
📊 Instrument and analyze GA4, GSC, and Hotjar data
📈 Report on conversion KPIs (visit→MQL, LP CVR, CPL), share learnings, and scale what works
Collaboration
🤝 Partner with demand gen, product marketing, design, and SEO
💡 Maintain a transparent CRO backlog with clear business impact

Qualifications & Requirements
🎯 5+ years in website management, web operations, or digital marketing
🚀 Proven track record in CRO and landing page optimization
🧠 Hands-on experience with GrowthBook or similar testing tools
💰 Experience optimizing web experiences to support paid campaigns
🌐 Skilled in HubSpot for landing page creation and optimization
🧩 Proficient with Storyblok, WordPress, or other CMS platforms
🔍 Strong grasp of technical SEO and on-page optimization
📊 Solid analytical skills with GA4, Hotjar, or similar tools
💻 Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (a plus)
💼 Experience managing B2B SaaS websites and digital campaigns
🧭 Excellent project management and communication skills
