Job Description

Provides information technology services in facilities planning, operations and support; storage systems analysis, design/test, and administration; server system analysis, design/test and administration; database analysis, design/test, administration; website analysis, design/test, and administration; web application analysis, design/test and administration; LAN analysis, design/test and administration; user support planning, operations and administration; and related IT systems functions.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree paired with five (5) years of relevant experience is essential.
  • Your Bachelor’s degree should be in information systems, business systems, management information systems, IT Management, or another IT-related field, such as engineering, math, or science.

  • You should excel in analysis activities, demonstrating the capability to apply a solid theoretical foundation along with a diverse array of standard and advanced analytical techniques and tools.
  • The ability to make informed decisions in alignment with established policies, guidelines, and standards is crucial.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
  • You should possess strong organizational skills, enabling you to multitask, manage your time efficiently, and thrive under tight deadlines.
  • A high level of responsiveness to requests is essential.
  • The ability to handle confidential and proprietary information with the utmost discretion is required.

  • A flexible attitude to pivot towards new priorities as needed.
  • Competence in demonstrating draft dashboards to an audience and making rapid updates during live presentations.
  • Skillful in effectively communicating data to an audience.
