Mama Frances her love BBQ started at a very young age on holidays. Currently Mama Fran has open a new BBQ venture in Long Beach, CA. Our mission is to bring the best Southern Style BBQ to Southern California Mama Frances watching her mother BBQ on a half barrel oil can with a wire grated rack which her uncle made into a BBQ pit.
