Our client is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Hype Manager who sits at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and growth. At Bold With Jo (BWJ), content goes beyond creation to building cultural conversations. From podcasts and essays to creative labs and original storytelling programs, the work centers on bold thinking, identity, growth, and the African narrative. This role will be responsible for amplifying these stories, shaping public perception, and building anticipation around every release, launch, and creative drop
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across BWJ’s ecosystem
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns while optimizing performance
Build excitement and cultural relevance around BWJ releases and announcements
Convert audience interest into active community members, subscribers, and loyal advocates
Ensure all marketing reflects BWJ’s voice — reflective, bold, culture-shaping, and intentional
Qualifications & Skills Required
- SSCE or minimum 2 years experience.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign planning, and execution
- Strong copywriting and storytelling ability for digital platforms
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google etc).
- Proficiency in Canva and content creation tools
- Social media management experience across multiple platforms
- Ability to develop and execute audience growth strategies
