We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with at least 5 years of proven experience to drive business growth, expand our client base, and increase market share. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry, excellent negotiation skills, and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Drive sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and business plans to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
