In my previous role at I had the privilege of working in a dynamic environment where I collaborated closely with key stakeholders to understand their data needs, reporting requirements, and performance metrics. This experience allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the importance of aligning data solutions with business goals. I also honed my skills in designing wireframes and mockups to illustrate the layout and design of Tableau/Power BI dashboards, ensuring that they not only met business requirements but also adhered to data visualization best practices. This approach led to the creation of impactful, user-friendly dashboards that empowered our teams to make informed decisions.

One of my key accomplishments was working closely with operation and data teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics that measured network efficiency. This collaborative effort significantly improved our network’s performance, which directly impacted the company’s bottom line. Furthermore, I partnered seamlessly with some Data Engineers to access, transform, and integrate diverse data sources from Snowflake/Middleware into Power BI. This integration allowed for comprehensive data visualization and provided valuable insights into network trends.
