PROFILE OF OLADELE OLUWADARE
Oladele is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria-
FCIPM. He is a Human Resources Generalist with varied experience at the senior
management level. He has a demonstrable history of HR value creation in strategic HR
covering: Talent Management & Resourcing, Human Resource Planning, Succession Planning, Career and Change Management, Learning and Development, Compensation
and Benefits, Industrial and Labour relations, Strategic Business Unit (SBU) restructuring
etc. Highly experienced in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies required to achieve organizational goals.
His experience cuts across the Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)/Manufacturing,
Management Consulting, Automobile and Agricultural Plantation, with proven record of
successes in these sectors.
Prior to joining ND Western he has worked as Human Resource and Administration Manager in Nycil Limited, Elizade Nigeria Limited, Technoglass Industries Limited, Quarra Rice Plantation, LAMID Consulting Company and JB Farms Limited.
He is well travelled and has attended well over twenty management trainings and conferences (local and international) in HR strategic management from notable training
institutions worldwide.
He has an MBA in Human Resources Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Delta State University. He is a subject matter expert in Advanced Human Resource Management and an examiner in Advanced Human Resource Management with CIPM intending membership qualifying examination.
He is a devoted Christian, married, blessed with three godly children.
