I am a knowledgeable IT professional with 7+ years of innovation & optimisation. I have overseen several business digitalisation/automation efforts; creating a custom business CRM, transitioning from excel to automated Bi data feeds as well as having led a transition from a 3rd party supplier to an internal support system, reducing business costs and increasing response/resolution times to the above. I have otherwise overseen the implementation of remote tracking/management software that allows troubleshooting to occur remotely.
Throughout my career, I have prioritised and managed multiple projects, embedding the wider 365 package throughout multiple businesses whilst collaborating with others to ensure effective outcomes. For example, I led the implementation of Power Automate within the business I have worked, focusing on data storage mechanisms & compliance. I have otherwise led on 2 full business wide SharePoint transitions both collaboratively and most recently, being solely responsible for full design & implementation. I have completed considerable work in both my previous and current role, developing internal business CRM’s i.e. integration with business reporting tools & in house development for business functionality.
IT development is a passion of mine, and I have a proven track record of delivering successful digitalisation projects, driving positive change and innovation, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve key business objectives. Over the past years, I have led several initiatives, including the implementation of a centralised reporting system for senior management and business governors, leading specifically on the implementation of financial, KPI & marketing boards among others. I have also led on several business IT projects i.e. digitalisation & automation of resources intake & categorisation, business digitalisation strategy, and the introduction of AI tools.
In addition to my project management skills, I have a deep understanding of data logistics, from configuring data gateways and SQL queries, to implementing gestalt design principles for effective communication. I am also experienced in conducting cost-benefit analyses and reporting on resource needs, having created Committee papers for governors on business infrastructure and presenting monthly performance updates and projections, and outlying opportunities for process improvement and optimisation to senior management.
