Loan Recovery Officer
• Sourcing for borrowers/customers and evaluating credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation. • Participating in marketing/campaign activities to create awareness to the member of the public, sales and marketing development and suggesting marketing initiatives. • Ensuring effective customer relationship management and products delivery as well as other assigned tasks. • Operate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines. • Supervising Loan Officer daily activities. • Monitoring and recovering of bad loans.
