Work & Experience
As an Application Support Engineer from August 2022 to April 2024, I led over 10 weekly strategic meetings with clients to address critical issues and Go-Live faults, promoting effective communication and influencing product development. I authored system training documents that improved team proficiency by 75% through cross-departmental adoption of ASM. I spearheaded a customer migration of 250+ faults and incidents from EasyVista to ASM, reducing downtime, and created an internal SOP to streamline team management. I monitored SLA breaches, implemented automated reports in Power BI/Power Query used by 25+ customers, and independently managed triage, support, and critical issues across multiple platforms including ASM, EasyVista, and JIRA. My role included handling a variety of ticket types, developing software fixes, replicating customer-facing issues in bespoke systems like Aurius and Sprint, and applying SQL solutions to resolve faults. I also gained foundational experience with Python and C++.
