My experience as a marketing communications officer has provided me with a well-rounded background and enabled me to interact both directly and indirectly with customers. I’ve had the opportunity also as an account manager to manage customer portfolio’s, resolve customer issues as and when due and give investment advice to customers. I presently work at MainOne cable company initially as a marketing communications officers, my duties included but were not limited to handling a newly launched residential product SoHo, where I was the marketing contact person, I handled the selection, contract agreement and signing in liaison with the legal team, day to day activities of the field agents, payment reconciliation, collaterals and report reconciliation of the marketing agency used in marketing the product.

I got reassigned as a finance officer and my core duties include ensuring the customer is billed appropriately, payments reconciliation and user proficiency on the AZOTEL and SPLYNX billing platform, payment escalation to the payment partner etc.

Every role I’ve undertaken has included understanding the customers’ needs and creating value for their money and time. I have an analytical/logical approach to a task, the ability to work under pressure, leadership skill and I am a dedicated team player.
