1. Went on media tour and gave detailed information on the services the company had to offer. 2. Took calls of potential clients, took records of their complaint and enquiries and gave a daily report on the prospective client I spoke to. 3. Gave updates to clients on the services they paid for from the beginning when they made payment till the end when the service has been rendered. 4. Attended to walk in customers and give them the information they needed that will help convert them to actual customers. 5. Updated the social media handles of the company and also replied the comments
