Preparing final analysis reports for Management/stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to make important decisions based on various facts and trends. Reporting data analysis findings to management to inform business decisions and prioritize information system needs. Collecting and analyzing data used for compiling company QHSSE statistics/trends and maintains reports as required. Collating and analyzing QHSSE data and daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports, Trend analysis and report development and distribution, Collecting and analyzing data related to hazard identification, near-misses, and incident investigations.

Analyze and plan the customer’s serviceable orders considering funds and available stock. Ensures that customers’ orders are serviced on-time and in-full (OTIF). Ensure there is no interruption in supply and that delivery optimum customer service is achieved Monitor and ensure that all service delivery metrices (Dispatch Rate and on time performance) is achieved. Collaboration with the CSE to ensure that the customer has the stock meet and are profitable. Ensures compliance with FIFO/FEFO standard while loading. Monthly Reconciliation of primary transporter’s freight rates and AGO with vendors. Weekly update of Primary transport Analysis reports. Follow up on transporters payment till they get paid as at when due - Cost analysis using Power-BI DAX. Responsible for short to medium planning of supply to optimize customer service at minimal cost and facilitate Supply Chain delivery of innovation. Manage the stock holding policy in order to meet Customer Case Fill on Time (CCFOT) target and stock days on hand target.
