• Timesheets Management&Invoicing. • Daily & Weekly Reports. • Collection Reports. • Attending the A/R related queries through emails / telephone. • US Payroll and Coordinating with other departments for receiving Payroll inputs on monthly basis. • Processing Payroll (ADP, Paychex) – This includes handling New Hire Payroll information (W4, Direct Deposits etc.), Vacation, Terminations. • Change of status – Allowances, Variable pay changes (Skill bonus changes, Commissions, Referral Bonus etc.), Address Changes etc. within the Payroll system. • Responding to employee queries via email and phone. • Being part of the Quality process and running Audits on Payroll Inputs being processed by team members. • Reporting & Analysis on Payroll Data using Microsoft Excel (Advanced). • Error Analysis in Payroll Processing. • Keeping track of project changes. • Handling Loans & Advances and Medical Insurance for the Consultants. (BCBS.com, UHG, Principal). • Accounts Receivables & Payables (QuickBooks).
