RESPONSIBILITIES • Reviewed resumes for potential candidates according to established criteria. • Scheduling interview dates and conducting interviews. • Sending offer letters and emails. • Recruitment, onboarding and training of new hires for different teams from diverse background and countries as well as Off boarding interns. • Prepared HR reports and documents, including job descriptions and job postings on LinkedIn. • Compiled and organized employee data in HR databases. Updating employee data on RMD sheets and kanban tools • Updating daily tasks to enable management track work force of daily, weekly and monthly activities of employees. • Participated in team meetings/huddles to provide input on process improvements within the department • Maintained confidential records of personnel information in accordance with company guidelines. • Engaged in volunteer activities/initiatives to build knowledge and skills of human Resource field.
Carried out maintenance (Preventive and Breakdown) activities on Electrical Installations (Sub Station Unit) • Part of the marketing team responsible for bills distribution and payments. • Carried out connection and installation activities • Maintained a Log for all maintenance activities carried out.
