IT support/solutions analyst
Responsible for providing customer and technical support for our clients. I also provide analysis of cloud solutions that help improve clients’ current infrastructure like servers and databases.
Served as a L2 Technical support ambassador for Microsoft 365 clients and customers. Provide initial response, operational assistance, and development of software workarounds and/or resolutions. Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to maintain visibility and provide consistency to the customer. Also served as a point of contact in the team, assisting the technical lead and team manager in case reviews.
