About the Role
This is a pure sales and communication role – not technical.
You’ll be reaching out to potential brands and corporate partners who want to promote their businesses at large-scale events across North America.
Your job is to connect, pitch, and close – by making high-volume outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and building long-term brand partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential brands, corporate clients, and marketing heads to offer sponsorship or partnership opportunities at our major events.
- Make 60-70 calls per day (cold and warm outreach) to generate leads and build relationships with decision-makers.
- Conduct discovery calls, pitch presentations, and follow-ups to close partnership deals.
- Work with the internal events and marketing teams to customize sponsorship packages for clients.
- Maintain accurate lead data, pipeline updates, and activity reports in the CRM.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay informed about upcoming events, sponsorship trends, and North American market dynamics.
- Represent Millennial Events in a professional and persuasive manner on every call or meeting.
Required Qualifications
- Gujarati-speaking candidate (mandatory).
- 2-6 years of proven experience in B2B or inside sales (marketing, media, events, or advertising background preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills – fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Experience making high-volume outbound calls (60+ per day Minimum) to business clients.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals, meet sales targets, and manage a sales pipeline.
- Highly energetic, confident, and self-motivated personality with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Comfortable working remotely during North American business hours (EST).
