Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales & Marketing Representative based in Ibadan to lead our offline outreach campaigns, targeting key industries such as retail, hospitality, transportation, and trading. You will be instrumental in driving user acquisition, onboarding new businesses, and increasing SPREE’s visibility in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective businesses in Ibadan through direct marketing.
  • Pitch SPREE’s product offerings effectively to different industry audiences.
  • Distribute brochures and proposals, and guide prospects through the onboarding process.
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets and report to the central marketing team.
  • Collect field insights to help improve product-market fit and user experience.
  • Represent SPREE professionally in all engagements.

Requirements

  • Proven field sales or direct marketing experience (2+ years preferred).
  • Fluent in English and Yoruba (additional local languages are a plus).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Ibadan and the surrounding areas.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable using smartphones and basic digital tools.
  • Experience in fintech, agency banking, POS distribution, or related sectors is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of OND qualification (HND/BSc preferred).
