Job Description
The Business Analyst will play a key role in identifying and analyzing business problems and client requirements, translating them into actionable solutions that drive organizational change and deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- Problem Identification & Analysis:
- Analyze business problems and client requirements that necessitate change within the organization.
- Requirements Development:
- Develop clear, comprehensive business requirements to address identified problems and opportunities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations.
- Business Case Support:
- Assist in creating business cases that justify investment in proposed solutions.
- Feasibility Studies:
- Conduct feasibility assessments to determine the viability of proposed solutions.
- Project Reporting:
- Support the creation of progress reports to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Operational & Process Design:
- Develop operational and process designs to ensure solutions are delivered within agreed scope.
- Change Management:
- Contribute to change management activities, including development of a traceability matrix to ensure successful implementation and embedding of solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in business analysis within complex organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to create detailed business requirements and process documentation.
- Experience in feasibility studies and business case development.
- Familiarity with change management principles and tools.
