Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Engaging with stakeholders to gather, evaluate, and document business requirements.
  • Facilitating workshops and meetings to support continuous improvement and project planning and analysis. Developing and maintaining project and key documents, including plans, action trackers and RAID logs.
  • Translating business needs into system functionality by working with the IT teams and external suppliers.
  • Supporting testing activities, including creating test scripts, conducting tests, and guiding end-users through changes.
  • Collaborating with project teams and teams across the business to ensure successful implementation of continuous improvement activities and projects, including the delivery of measurable outcomes.

We have one opportunity of a fixed term position for up to 12 months, working within a team of Business Analysts in the Change and Continuous Improvement arm of the Programmes team. It is essential that you live within a commutable distance of any of our three offices – Exeter, Weston-super-Mare or Tolvaddon, as you will be required to come into the office 2 – 3 days per week.

Requirements

To be successful in your application, you will meet the skills, knowledge and experience for a Level One role (please see our candidate information pack, and the following role specific requirements:

  • A natural problem solver, with a passion for delivering change.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to prioritise and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience in project work, with the ability to develop test scripts and guide end-users through changes.
  • Strong IT skills, including a proficiency in MS Office.
  • A Business Analysis, Project or Change Management qualification.
