Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Data Analyst to join our core technical team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining the digital infrastructure that underpins our e-commerce operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our data systems are clean, structured, and optimized to support seamless online listings, automation workflows, and data pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with data, enjoy creating efficient automation processes, and possess a solid understanding of various data transfer and integration tools. You will collaborate closely with the e-commerce, technical, and logistics teams to enhance data accuracy, streamline operations, and support the company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working with data in an e-commerce, technology, or related environment.
  • Hands-on familiarity with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or similar tools.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, spreadsheets, and data transformation workflows.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, and data transfer protocols.
  • Some coding or scripting experience in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or equivalent.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work across multiple systems and resolve practical data challenges.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards learning new tools and methods.

Responsibilities

  • Format, manipulate, and validate product, pricing, and stock data to ensure accurate online listings.
  • Design, build, and optimize automated workflows that improve efficiency and minimize human error.
  • Utilize automation tools like n8n, Make, or similar platforms to streamline data processes.
  • Write and troubleshoot SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data effectively.
  • Integrate data between e-commerce systems, ERP, and PIM platforms, ensuring smooth data flow and consistency.
  • Support and maintain API and EDI connections with suppliers and partners, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Develop lightweight scripts or code snippets to automate routine tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with technical and e-commerce teams to continually improve data accuracy, processing speed, and system reliability.
