Job Description
In this role, you will manage key HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and high-quality service delivery. You will be responsible for executing HR operations related to the employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, employment changes, leave administration, and terminations. Also deliver consistent and high-quality first-line HR support to employees addressing HR-related queries and ensuring timely, accurate resolutions through the ticketing system.
Your role will encompass:
- Managing end-to-end HR processes, including hiring, onboarding, leave administration, and offboarding
- Ensuring accurate employee record maintenance and compliance with policies and legal requirements
- Resolving employee queries through case management systems, meeting service level agreements (SLAs)
- Generating HR documentation (contracts, verification letters) and maintaining personnel files
- Preparing and generating standard HR reports and dashboards to track SLA compliance and process quality
- Provides input and support to managers and employees ensuring the correct execution of HR processes and procedures are adopted through the system.
- Conducting regular audits of HR processes and employee data to ensure accuracy and legal compliance
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in HR operations or HR service delivery
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and case management tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations
- Customer-centric mindset and strong collaboration skills
