Job Description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented business/data analyst  who will be responsible for analysing telecom network data to support operational and business decision-making. The role requires strong understanding of telecom network architecture and excellent data processing skills to derive actionable insights from NOC and network performance data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse subscriber complaints using network and service-level data, performing detailed root cause analysis (RCA) to identify recurring and critical issues.
  • Critically evaluate subscriber churn drivers by leveraging available tracing and analytics tools, identifying network, service, and customer-experience related causes.
  • Analyse end-to-end telecom network performance data across RAN, Core, and Transmission domains, pinpointing issues with comprehensive technical root cause analysis.
  • Conduct Nigeria region–level performance analysis, identifying KPI degradations and their underlying technical and operational causes, and recommending corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of telecom networks and telecom network architecture.
  • Excellent Excel data analysis skills
  • Strong data cleaning and processing capabilities
  • Ability to make sound decisions based on processed data
  • Learning attitude and ability to work under pressure

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 1-2 years of experience
