The Role:
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Data Team. The person taking on this role will collaborate with stakeholders in other departments to understand and specify problems within the business. You will navigate our data, conduct transformations, and provide insight and analysis. From there you will communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders. You will also create new data assets (data models, dashboards, models) to serve recurring requests for information and insight.
Requirements
- Quantitative educational background, particularly mathematical methods, and statistics
- Previous experience in an analytical role, creating impactful solutions, and providing support to the business
- Highly skilled in SQL and Python
- Strong written & verbal communication skills, particularly in being able to translate detailed data work for non-technical stakeholders and drive towards impact for the business
Essential:
- Previous experience in financial services/lending
- Experience working with dbt, Snowflake, Metabase and Tableau
