Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and assist in the improvement of operational and strategic processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, project management, and stakeholder engagement to help shape business solutions that drive efficiency and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights for strategic decisions.
- Develop business cases, project plans, and data-driven recommendations.
- Support process improvements, project implementations, and business change initiatives.
- Monitor project progress and report key findings and metrics to management.
- Perform data analysis to support business initiatives and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, business case development, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. – Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
- Previous work experience in the transportation and logistics sector is a great advantage.
