Job Description
The Data Analyst is responsible for overseeing the data systems and reporting frameworks, guaranteeing the integrity and precision of data.
- Leverage advanced analytical tools to derive data-driven insights that will drive revenue growth, optimize operational Processes, and identify opportunities for creating innovative new products and services.
- Analyze CLV to identify high-value customer segments and create initiatives to retain them.
- Identify and address customer touchpoints, pain points, and areas for improvement to reduce dormancy rates
- Foster a bank-wide data-driven culture by developing and implementing strategies to democratize data access and empower all staff members with the relevant data and analytical tools necessary to make informed decisions in real time.
- Provide a holistic view of the bank’s performance and position through carefully defined metrics and KPIs to key stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning at all levels of the bank.
- Analyze data to pinpoint cost-saving opportunities, driving strategic initiatives for measurable expense reductions.
- Develop scalable data models that enable faster read operations for the team.

Requirements:
- BSc/HND
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on team collaboration.
- Good Communication skills and time management skills.
- Have a good understanding of Microsoft Office packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
