Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our experiential marketing agency. In this role, you will leverage data to provide insights that guide campaign strategies, optimize customer engagement, and demonstrate the effectiveness of experiential marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with our creative, strategy, and account teams to ensure that all marketing decisions are data-driven, measurable, and tailored to clients’ goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources, including digital platforms, event metrics, and CRM systems, to assess the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
- Conduct trend analysis, customer segmentation, and market research to support strategic decision-making for experiential marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and set benchmarks for success across different campaigns.
- Use predictive and prescriptive analytics to forecast outcomes and optimize ongoing campaigns.
- Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities within data sets to recommend strategies that improve customer engagement and ROI.
- Support A/B testing, data sampling, and experimentations to enhance campaign performance.
- Prepare and present data-driven reports and presentations to stakeholders and clients, effectively communicating insights and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, data tools, and best practices to continuously improve data processes.
Must-Have Skills:
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets and interpret them for actionable recommendations.
- Data Visualization: Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio) to create clear and impactful reports.
- Statistical Analysis: Knowledge of statistical techniques and data modeling to identify patterns and predict trends.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one programming language (e.g., Python or R) for data manipulation and analysis.
- Analytical Tools: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, CRM software, or other marketing analytics platforms.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in data handling, ensuring accuracy in data collection, reporting, and interpretation.
- Communication Skills: Ability to present data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, with effective storytelling skills for client presentations.

Preferred Skills
- Prior internship or work experience in data analytics, especially marketing or advertising.
