Our client, a real estate firm, is seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer with strong expertise in Graphic Design and Motion Graphics. The ideal candidate should be proficient in crafting visually engaging designs and animations across digital platforms. The role focuses on developing and executing concepts that effectively convey the brand’s message and enhance the user experience.

Scope

  • Analyze design briefs to understand project requirements thoroughly.
  • Plan project timelines and establish budget parameters effectively.
  • Generate creative concepts and visual ideas aligned with project goals.
  • Present initial drafts and concepts for client approval and feedback.
  • Utilize software tools and manual techniques to create illustrations, logos, and designs.
  • Apply appropriate color schemes and layouts to enhance visual impact.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and creative directors to refine designs and integrate messaging.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing of graphics across diverse platforms and media.
  • Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.
  • Ensure all finalized graphics and layouts maintain visual appeal and brand consistency.
  • Proficiency in photo editing and manipulation techniques.
  • Experience in video editing and production.
  • Ability to write scripts for various media formats.
  • Competence in operating drones for aerial photography and videography.
