- Collaborate with the TA team, budget owners, and direct managers of new hires to ensure that the company’s hiring procedures and requirements are followed.
- Create written job offers to the approved candidates and initiate the rest of the hiring processes through the applicant tracking system- ICIMS.
- Work closely with HR Operations to set up new employees, including IT accounts, contractual changes, and termination, and administer the HRIS system (based on MS Dynamics).
- Participate in preparing consultancy contracts, NDAs, amendments, and terminations.
- Support onboarding of new employees and schedules.
- Data collation for dashboard metrics/company reports.
- Work with Finance to ensure summarized working time is tracked per company policy and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Legal team to ensure that certain clauses in HR documents are correctly described.
- Provide valuable administrative support to employee engagement activities.
- First Degree in HR or related field.
- Strong experience in the use of HRIS
- Strong understanding of MS Office tools.
- Demonstrated relevant administrative experience.
- Detail-focused, attention to detail, and organized.
- Professional fluency in English both written and oral.
- Able to spot trends and insights from data analysts.
