To enhance their growth and impact, they are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Lead to spearhead their sales initiatives and drive client acquisition.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales (ideally in real estate), team leadership, and innovative client acquisition, with the ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving growth targets for the firm’s property portfolio.
- Manage and mentor a small team of real estate marketing officers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on professional development, skill enhancement, and sales excellence.
- Utilize numerical analytical skills to derive realistic sales targets based on market trends and past performance, ensuring team alignment with overarching business goals.
- Identify and implement innovative client acquisition strategies, targeting requisite demographics, to expand the client base and enhance customer relationships.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor sales team performance, providing regular feedback and adjustments to ensure the achievement of sales objectives.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential challenges, ensuring the firm remains competitive and responsive to market demands.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on real estate or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful client acquisition strategies.
