  1. We are seeking a talented and results-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Graphic Designer/Social Media Manager & Digital Marketer.
  2. This is a unique opportunity for a creative and strategic professional to play a key role in shaping the firm’s online presence and brand identity.
  • Job Responsibilities
  • Graphic Design:
  1. Design high-quality and visually appealing graphics for all marketing materials, including social media posts, presentations, brochures, website graphics, and email marketing campaigns.
  2. Develop and maintain the firm’s brand identity across all visual communications.
  3. Create infographics, charts, and other visual elements to enhance communication and data presentation.
  4. Stay up to date on design trends and best practices.
  • Social Media Management:
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, client engagement, and thought leadership.
  2. Create and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  3. Manage social media communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster online conversations.
  4. Monitor social media analytics and adapt strategies to optimize performance.
  • Digital Marketing:
  1. Assist with website development and content management, ensuring website content is fresh, informative, and SEO-friendly.
  2. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with clients.
  3. Research and implement new digital marketing tools and strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
  4. Track and analyze digital marketing campaign performance and recommend adjustments for optimal results.
  • Job Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  2. Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in graphic design, social media management, and digital marketing combined, working with a known professional service firm.
  3. Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter) and best practices especially for professional service firms.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  6. Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  10. The ability to direct trends and updates in the legal industry as content materials for the firm.
  11. Passion for and experience in the legal industry is a plus.
