Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team at Owen’s and Xley. As an HR Intern, you will assist in various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and conducting initial screenings
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs – Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
- Provide support in benefits administration, including health insurance and retirement plans
- Assist in employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field – Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Availability to resume immediately
