Job Description

Project Planning:
  • Work closely with project managers to assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements.
Project Coordination:
  • Support project managers in coordinating project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Communicate project updates and status reports to the team.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Organize and file project-related information for easy access.
Communication & Stakeholder Management:
  • Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Attend project meetings and assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and minutes.
Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks and issues within projects and work with the project team to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and report on project risks and issues.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, or a related field
  • 0-1 year experience in a similar position
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A basic understanding of project management principles is a plus.
