FantasyPros is seeking a freelance Social Media Coordinator to enhance our presence across all social platforms. This role involves collaborating with our Social Media Manager and Content Team to craft engaging social posts in various formats (text, image, video, etc.). The ideal candidate will have a creative flair and a deep understanding of best practices on existing and emerging social networks.

  • Fantasy Sports Expertise: A strong grasp of fantasy sports, particularly football.
  • Engagement: Ability to connect with our audience through creative, informative, and relatable posts on Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media marketing plans to engage and grow followers across major platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Content Team to create dynamic content (images, videos, text) with viral potential.
  • Provide creative direction for unique, insightful, and entertaining fantasy sports content.
  • Stay current with technologies, trends, and best practices in social media management.
  • Maintain the FantasyPros brand identity to the highest standard across all social platforms.


  • Experience: Active fantasy sports manager with expertise in fantasy sports terminology.
  • Social Media Savvy: Experience with Twitter (X), TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Creativity: Engaging personality with a knack for creative content creation.
  • Communication: Excellent writing and communication skills, adhering to the brand’s tone.
  • Content Delivery: Proficient in delivering content in various formats (written, images, audio, video).
  • Professionalism: Strong sense of appropriateness for a media brand voice online.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Availability: Willingness to work nights/weekends for sporting events and breaking news.
  • Passion for Sports: A genuine interest in sports and fantasy sports.

Preferred (but not Required):

  • Comfortable appearing on camera for product videos, social clips, and other on-screen opportunities.
  • Ability to track and analyze social media success metrics.
  • Knowledge of baseball and basketball in addition to football.
  • Understanding of sports betting.
