Interview process: Commence with a face to face interview at our Burton Latimer site, followed by a Teams interview.

Working pattern: Hybrid but you will need to flexible depending on team tasks and resources. Weetabix Wednesday is a non-negotiable where we all come into the office for business partnering and meetings.

As a key player in our team, our Business Analyst will articulate business requirements and desired outcomes that seamlessly translate into robust end-to-end IT system solutions.

Your role will involve a deep dive into business goals, objectives, functions, and processes, leveraging pertinent information and data to shape these requirements effectively.

You will also engage in thorough options analysis, evaluate feasibility and operational implications, quantify potential business benefits, and contribute to developing compelling business cases.

The purpose of this role is

• Define project requirements, scope and deliverables to drive the project change agenda within the IT department.

• Collaborate with IT Architects to document quality business requirements & outcomes that translate into IT solution designs and used to define detailed end-to-end system solutions.

• Using your excellent communication skills to collaborate with partners and stakeholders to identify ways to innovate and improve delivery and processes.

• Support the business to prioritise user requirements to enable them to be assigned to IT delivery teams.

• Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders across the multiple business areas and 3rd Party suppliers

• Work with the IT leadership team and technical authority board to review requirements definitions using As-Is and To-Be models.

• Helping to define test scenarios and test cases (traceability) and develop user and support documentation.

• Determining the data requirements to help guide data management and integration decisions.

Requirements
Non-negotiables

  • Experience of working in a cross functional environment
  • Experience working in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) / manufacturing
  • Have a logical mindset and the ability to share information at all levels
  • Proven involvement with projects to translate business requirements into solution designs, and understanding the business context.

  • Hold a BCS qualification
