This role will work closely with our customer’s teams to understand, measure and improve business processes and help drive new ways of working.
Requirements
- Managing Change according to the agreed customer Strategy
- Support Communication campaigns and strategies
- Identify key business impacts of change
- Develop training content and learning paths
- Engage key stakeholders and their teams
- Measure and track Adoption and Proficiency
- Identify risks, issues and opportunities
- Collaborate with Project Teams
- Support end-user adoption of new tools and ways of working
- Experience Change & Adoption Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of ADKAR methodology and the change management strategy
