BI Manager
What you’ll be doing
Are you ready to shape the future of iconic brands by using data to guide impactful decisions? Future’s Data & Business Intelligence team is looking for a dynamic Business Intelligence Manager to make a significant difference across our B2C division. You’ll contribute to the success stories of brands like Tom’s Guide, Marie Claire, PC Gamer, and CinemaBlend.
At Future, our Data & Business Intelligence team is the engine of our transformation into a data-driven organisation. We believe data is our competitive edge in today’s fast-evolving markets. We empower teams across the business with relevant performance insights, helping them act decisively and improve results. Our mission is clear: to bridge the gap between data and wisdom, delivering the right insights, at the right time, in the right way, to empower informed decision-making.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll implement our BI strategy across diverse workstreams, and you will report directly to the Director of Data & BI. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders in eCommerce, Audience, Sales, and Product to deliver applicable insights that directly shape strategic and operational decisions. This opportunity is perfect for a data-driven person who excels and loves diving deep into complex challenges. If you love learning new tools, diving deep into data, and navigating complex challenges, we want to hear from you!

- Prior line management experience of a small team, with an ability to motivate and coach team members.
- Project management capabilities encourage cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficient in SQL, data modelling, and ETL processes.
- Proficiency with the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) data stack (e.g., BigQuery, Dataform, Looker/Looker Studio) or similar leading data platforms.
