As the organization continues to scale, we are looking to bring aboard a Digital Marketing Coordinator within our Marketing/Client Engagement Team. We are seeking a passionate, client-service-focused, positive, and hard-working individual with a love for wellness and excitement for Performance and Optimal Health. This position includes but is not limited to creating/designing client emails, creating and building client packages, and other administrative duties as assigned.

Performance Optimal Health is driven by five main cornerstones that are ever present and inform all actions and decisions regarding how we scale, what direction our business takes, and how we conduct ourselves.
Key Areas of Ownership (But not limited to)
- Work with our clinical team on the digital integration of apps
- Coordinate and attend community events in branded attire, collect emails, and distribute materials.
- Prepare direct mailings, including materials and labels exported from Excel, Word, and stamps.com.
- Prepare distribution lists and send weekly and monthly emails through Constant Contact.
- Visit locations throughout Florida to audit and distribute marketing materials.
- Prepare marketing reports and slide presentations for leadership team meetings.
- Maintain shared accounts with marketing assets, collateral, and key presentations.
- Complete website updates, including bios, blog posts, and other copy edits using WordPress.
- Maintain and update content calendar and post on social media as needed.
- Complete competitive analyses of target markets and other research projects.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- One to two years’ worth of experience
- Roll up your sleeves attitude, problem solver, attention to detail, team-oriented, outgoing personality
- Strong time management, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Passion for fitness, health, and wellness
- Passion for networking, relationship building, and business development.
- Experience with Office 365 applications including Teams for project management.
- Experience with basic Excel management
- Excellent oral and written communication
