The core mission of the Sales Operations Analyst:
The core mission of the Sales Operations Analyst is to drive operational excellence by ensuring accurate commission processing, optimizing sales processes, and delivering actionable insights through reporting. This role empowers the sales teams with data-driven decision-making, enhances CRM efficiency, and streamlines workflows to impact overall revenue performance.
The fellowship you’ll be joining:
This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Sales Operations while supporting the diverse revenue org consisting of Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, Sales Leadership, Solution Engineers, and more. This role will closely collaborate with the Revenue Operations team and with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, HR, and Finance.

The adventures that await you after becoming a Sales Operations Analyst at Hack The Box:
- Own the end-to-end processing of sales and customer success commissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Support the design and administration of sales compensation plans, including attainment tracking and payout visibility
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in HubSpot to track KPIs, provide actionable insights, and improve sales efficiency, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy. Support KPI development and reporting across the revenue organization
- Assist in optimizing sales processes, workflows, and automation to improve efficiency. Identify gaps, recommend solutions, and evaluate emerging technologies for potential adoption
- Ensure HubSpot data integrity, support system enhancements, and work with RevOps and Sales teams to troubleshoot issues and streamline processes. Evaluate and recommend improvements to systems and tools used in the revenue process
- Work closely with sales leadership to drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives
Skills, knowledge, and experience points required to unlock the role of the Sales Operations Analyst at Hack The Box:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in sales operations, finance, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct analysis, extract insights, and present complex data in a clear, compelling way
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with a CRM platform: Hubspot (preferred), Salesforce, SAP, Zoho, etc.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization/reporting tools (Tableau) a plus.
